With rain in the forecast I think this game leans more towards the Champs. Need to change my prediction.

Original pre-forecast prediction
Wayne - 21
Central - 17

With the rain
Central - 14
Wayne - 12

Wanye will have to play on a whole new level to win this one @ Central, in the rain. The rain will cause issues for Wayne's offensive style, issues turn into mistakes, and Central eats mistakes for dinner.
