I know you're just trying to rehabilitate your hero by casting aspersions on others vector. As many on here have tried to tell you, and as many Middle Eastern dictators have admitted publicly, the Iraqi WMDs were moved across the Syrian border before our troops got there. The tactic of changing the subject ala the Pee Wee Herman, "I know you are but what am I?" ruse, is really all the left has, and it's all it has ever had. We have literally seen the supplanting of US statesmanship which, up until the dubious regimes of Bill Clinton (during which we actually paid to get North Korea nuclear) and now Obama (Iran going nuclear) actually shaped the world order. Things have been turned on their head now as we see the US acquiesce to the demands of third world countries. See, the elementary school, playground politics favored by the left hardly manages to impress the rest of the world, though they have managed to gridlock the US federal government with them.
Here at home, even though 130,000 Kentuckians have already received a health insurance cancelation letter (which likely included, or will include you and your family), self delusion remains your default setting. This whole mess has nothing to do with any kind of fight between the Dems and the Republicans. It is a Coup prosecuted by the extreme left by which, your and my freedom is under attack under the flag of liberalism. And so, since the president is more than willing to keep on deluding those of your ilk, at least we see how he manages to retain some shred of popularity.
The typical liberal spin falls short in matters that affect the entire population of the US, does it not? I told you at the start of this madness what the underlying bedrock principle of ObamaCare actually is, is. To force, (I didn't know at the time that force would come at the hands of the IRS), the productive folks to pay for the non productive folks to have premium health care. And like every other entitlement, these folks will get served first and best. Hospitals and clinics will live in fear of retaliation for some perceived violation of rights for those who don't pay. And you can bet government watchdogs will be there to hold their feet to the fire via penalties and fines. In the end, despite the elaborate smoke screen of free health care, somebody still has to pay for all this stuff. Hence the dramatic increase in health care premiums for those who have always been the payers in the first place.
At any rate, all we have managed to do was to shuffle the deck here. The rag was that we had to get health care spending under control. The high cost of caring for the indigent at ER's across the land was being paid for by passing those costs down to consumers via insurance rate increases and out of pocket increases. So, we fixed all that boy. Now it is the consumer who pays for all that. HUH? LOL, no wonder they argued it was a tax before the SCOTUS. The ones who always paid in the past still pay, just much much more, and the ones who did not pay, still don't pay. Just like I said.
