I think that, in both cases, Bush and OBama were given incorrect advice from advisors. All politcians should be careful when making definitive comments like "we know that Saddam has wmd's" or "you will be able to keep your present insurance." If you can remember a few years ago, "read my lips, no new taxes." When you, as President, state something as FACT, then it better be FACT!
