Hodge is young and a good talker. Apparently a lot of other people do some good talking for him too. He has done a good job at Bourbon. The program has continued its upward movement that started before he got there. He deserves credit that he hasn't crashed the sip. Many coaches would have crashed the ship. However he is not in the same league as French, Hester, and Mason.

Not sure what you mean by a "good talker," but I think the argument could be made that Hodge has done more than maintain the program.

Isn't he something like 26-2 in two seasons at Bourbon?
