Heres what Montgomery County had to say....
I got a kick out of this one...

We prefer rotating districts for the playoffs similiar to how they do in Class
6A. This would mean that one year we would match up with district 5 then 4
the next year and so on. This would keep us from being paired with the
Highlands/Cov. Cath./Dixie district every year for region.
