As for Hazard being moved and other schools swaying the decision, look at it like this: Hazard never spoke up and said "yes we agree" or "no we disagree" with the move. They never took the time to file an opinion one way or another. If Hazard isn't going to take the time to defend itself or form an opinion, the BOC has every right to assume they are fine with whatever their fate is going to be. There should be more blame placed on Hazard than saying Pikeville people influenced the decision and it's not fair. Hazard had a chance to file an opinion and failed.

That may be some what legit arguement but these proposals arent made public until AFTER the alignment. SO, did Hazard even know Phelps, Pikeville had filed a request.
