Interested to see what the response is from Perry Central.

I am sure they are happy to have one of their own and a kid that they really loved... but at the same time with the expectations and names brought up in the coaching search to end up with a kid with no real tangible coaching experience has to feel like a bit of a disappointment.

Obviously the sky is the limit for Amis... but when a couple weeks ago your sights were on a living legend in Holcomb it is quite the contrast.

No doubt.

They wanted a big name like Holcomb or Dixon... but Holcomb or Dixon didn't want them.

If you can't reel in a for sure winner - then you either go with someone with experience that hasn't done all that well, or you take a chance.
