Marshall ain't to concerned about football I guess, I can remember when they had the opportunity to get a good out of state coach that was succesville, but they passed on a local good role boy. I was told it was because the coach wanted to much money, but it might be worth paying someone a little more, and have a descent product so people will show up to watch the games. A full stadium brings in more money than one that ain't even half full. Marshall was pretty solid for awhile especially the 90's but it is ridiculous how bad they are with that many students.
