:hilarious: You go to the Kentucky voter website where you find and paste this; "Examples include your driver’s license" as part of your post, in which they clearly state they can ask to see one's driver's license. Then, you try to say they would break the law if they ask you to see your driver's license. :igiveup:

No, they don't clearly say they can ask for a DL, it says that the DL is an example of what you can show, but as you very well know, KY doesn't have photo id laws, so any id will do. A drivers license is just one form of id you can use, but they can't make you use it. Voters make the decision on what form of id they show, out of the acceptable list, not the poll workers. Like I've said, I've used a credit card. One of my best friends is a county court clerk, of which, is over polls and voting, and we have discussed this at length. I know the rules, apparently you don't. As much as you like to misrepresent, KY still doesn't have photo id requirements, and likely won't, given the rulings in TX and WI just this week.
