Exactly, we built a nation so great that for the longest time, the countries of the world had no compunction whatever in following our lead. We were an unabashedly Christian nation and we were always proud of that. Thus owing to God's blessing, we have remained free, and the health of our nation has for the most part been a place where any man could sustain the well being of his family.

However rather incredibly, and mainly through the teachings of misguided academia, we have allowed our detractors to both define us and, to call the shots for the most part in this day in time. Those who prefer not to work merely claim the liberal high ground in asserting that they have been left behind by the greedy, when in fact they have been left behind by the motivated. And since there seems to always be an abundance of those kind of folks to go around, the Dems have fallen upon a veritable bonanza to fill the rolls of their voting base. Votes for freebies.

Additionally, there will always be sufficient enemies out there to pose a challenge to our freedom and our national heritage. Thus from among the formidable array of would be destroyers out there, the likes of China, Russia, North Korea, and Iran, burgeoning radical Islam is on the march and if one can believe the news, ISIS just tried and failed to murder several hundred Americans in Texas. Yet we are seeing certain idiot judges citing sharia and other laws of whose origins are based in ideologies of socialist and theocratic heresies of the Caliphate.

Just let me say this by way of politicizing all this. If actions (scandals included, not forgetting the biggie, "if you like your insurance you can keep your insurance") had happened under George W's watch, Dems would have been literally howling at the moon. But, since it's a fellow liberal in the white house, not much will be said. Just as not much will be said about the short falls of another potential Clinton Presidency.
