The DJJ has announced that they will not make any changes to this law, so the Liberty Counsel is going to debate over the next few days as to whether or not they will file a lawsuit.

Hopefully they do, but if not I'm not going to depend on them. I am sending out an email to the American Family Association as well as the Family Research Council and the Kentucky Family Foundation about the matter and I encourage everyone to follow through. This may not sound like it's a huge deal, but this is EXACTLY what leads to laws like in some places overseas where people are arrested in places like Sweden for the "crime" of preaching against sins such as homosexuality.
