I remember Bowling Green covering the whole field with tarps and using blowers underneath them the whole week to dry the field for a playoff game. My point is, you have to know how to take care of the field and it takes a lot of work. Our field is always in good shape for those Thanksgiving day practices. Sounds like the Pulaski County BOE doesn't want to put forth the money or the effort for the returning state champs. Coach Hines will get fed up with that bunch and they might lose the best coach they've ever had. The citizens of Pulaski County need to remember these things, when the elections come up. That looks like the only way for those kids to get a decent playing field. I hope there isn't a major injury, before they wake up and fix the problem!
