Nope but I do remember when he was 3-8 and about to get fired. If you don't believe me investigate how many 18-19 year old kids are on this years Pulaski team. Their middle school program is top notch. They make sure the kids are the correct age to be the most successful.

And that's the elephant in the room. Hines is a fine coach, but you'd be a fool not to acknowledge the impact holding players back in middle school has had on his success the past couple years. Not saying there's anything wrong with that, rules is rules as they say.

As for the field, no sympathy from me. They should have done a better job maintaining the field they had. Somerset's field used to hold water just as bad and we've always had a well maintained field. Southwestern has always done a good job of maintaining their field as well. I think a few people might have been a little upset that they didn't get turf and let it get as bad as it is now.
