Academic Ranking vs Football team ranking

Corbin has almost always been the standard in this area for test scores. They have continually received very high scores. Corbin's middle school has always been one of the best in the state.
Over the past 10 years, Whitley has followed the same mold with twice as many student and its paid off big time. Anytime a school who was once run by the state scores distinguished you know the entire program is being run correctly.
The thing is, the two schools are run completely different with different structures, curriculums, time frames, etc. and both have made it work which tells me anyone can.
These two are definitely the go to for education in this region now.

Overall, I think every school in this region is heads and shoulders above what it was 20 years ago. Even Lynn Camp has made some strides this year it appears. When something is not working, you have to make that change.

One thing I do want to point out is every year I see these scores released there are always one or two schools that stand out that makes you wonder how they pulled it off. I wont mention who I think they are this year because as far as we know they are 100% legit and are worthy of there success, but there are some scores from some district that are hard to believe.
