I know a Sheldon Clark fan will dispute this and rightfully so due to 2009 and 2010 but those are times of old and SC will not see those type teams for many years to come.
Central needs to do 2 year contracts with Northern/Central Ky teams as long as the competition in Eastern Ky remains as is.
This isn't meant towards one team... I used JC as an example because I know our history.
