Correct me if I'm wrong but Boone County doesn't take non residents but they do allow open enrollment t to whichever school you want in the county. If that's the case which I'm sure it is then kids from anywhere in Campbell going to Highlands shouldn't be a big deal. Shame on Highlands for being good academically, being able to help them get to college and winning in sports, if it weren't for all that no one would want to go there.
