Well, we heard it last year immediately after winning the 1a title. It was that we couldn't play within 2 touchdowns of DeSales and we couldn't win 2a like we had been winning 1a. Well, we had to replace our entire offensive line, mostly with sophomores. We took our little bitty team and worked our way through 5 top 10 2a teams enroute to a 2a state title. And now again immediately after we win the trophy we start hearing from fans of the very programs that we beat, how we didn't deserve to win it. Not so much in here but in other avenues of disussion. It drives me crazy how people can come in and get beat by the Cards but yet still have the gall to tell how we shouldn't have made it to the championship.
