Also, how can a person read Revelation 18 and at least not give pause to ponder the rise of the corporate state and the worship of mammon as the ultimate devaluer of the dignity of the individual human being? "Blessed are the poor...woe unto the rich"?

Human dignity? Now that must be in the eyes of the beholder. Brennan supported federal control of abortion rights. Science, through DNA, proves conclusively that a baby is a separate human being from the moment of conception. I notice that you abortion supporters don't argue science anymore. Thus, the willful destruction of an innocent by the woman carrying the innocent is hardly "human dignity". It is premeditated murder.

While you are reading Revelation 18, turn to Psalm 139. It is straight forward and leaves nothing to interpretation.

Don't use the Holy Bible to support your secular humanist philosophy. It doesn't work.
