Not sure about the best, but it seems to be the most active.
Out of all the things you've got listed, I really only care about college basketball.
Don't really start watching baseball until races for the playoffs really get heated up.
Not sure how anybody can watch golf on television. Its like tennis and excruciating to watch. Not a wrestling fan and its more like a tv show instead of a sporting even to me, and the NBA has gotten so watered down its hard to watch until playoff time.
I think my favorite would be bowl season which is also the start of college basketball season so most likely November to December for me.
