Let's see what kind of effect ole Dudley has had

Whitley won 20-6 last year and should be 2 TD's better this year.... let's see how the final score plays out so we can see if Bell has improved or remained essentially the same.

I am going to say Bell has maybe improved a TD... but Whitley may be a couple TD's better than last year.

Nonetheless... this should temper some of the Bell County hype. They still are not close to being back to the level they were a few years ago under Mills. It will probably happen.. just not this year.
