He has a better record than 3 of the 8 coaches on that list. If you have a complaint about him go to the board, it does no good to get on here. Most people will come to a coaches defense when you are in your second season at a job and have had several players taken away by a new school. Now if Dunbar was a powerhouse this might be different, having to go back 7 coaches before you find one that had a winning record ( honestly only one of those coaches being significantly above .500) I'd be happy to have a coach willing to stay.
