I can tell you have a lot of hatred for this coach; I do not know the guy so no personal feelings either way but I do have some concerns with what I see coaching wise during the games. My question to you is, in your opinion, what is he doing wrong in running/coaching this team? Besides coaching change, what do you think needs to change to be more successful? Do these kids like playing for him or has he lost their respect?
