Not the kids fault? You must be seeing something completely different because I see slower, smaller, and less athletic kids on our sideline than the other teams (better teams) we play. That's not a slap at our kids, just the facts. It doesn't matter what fundamentals you teach, won't make our kids suddenly run a 4.5 40 or throw a ball 50 yards down field. We have what we have.

As for new coaches, what job are you going to provide them to earn their $2000 paycheck to coach? There is no teaching jobs available, and won't be either in the foreseeable future.

I see a defense that is hot garbage and a offense so predictable it's sad. If what I've heard outta parents mouths that the defense don't do shit in practice then every single one of the coaches need to resign. That's unacceptable at any level.
