Took a look at the Roster of McCracken county on Maxpreps, looks like they have about 30 or so 200lb plus players. To be successful at their level those 250lb. guys need to muscle up and lose a pound or two to get stronger and faster. Notice also that they don't have a lot of height on the team. That Illinois team they played had a lot of 6'5" or more 250ib. to 300lb. guys. That sure helps in the push up the middle against 6ft. Quarterbacks.
