Ok, I'll bite. I assume you are referring to strength of schedule. According to Calpreps, Fleming has a better strength of schedule than 2 teams ranked aboved them.
They are in a 6 team district, so 5 of their games are set. The other 5, they play 3 4A schools ( a good Greenup County team, and 2 long time rivals in Mason and Rowan) 1 5A team (Montgomery County that will finish with 7 wins) and 1A powerhouse Paintsville.
