I thought people had heard the expression before "they are already planning the victory parade." All it meant was they already think they were gonna win. And that's exactly what was going on over there. You can try to twist it like I quoted somebody over a victory parade but thats not what I said. I said the fans over at max(bluegrass) preps Are already planning the victory parade. I didn't quote somebody saying they are really planning a victory parade.
