Kentucky will start re-seeding its high school football playoffs this fall

Each team starts fresh and each team has a whole season and some playoffs to play before the semi's. If Corbin, central, and Boyle are all three undefeated and in the semis the Boyle deserves to be ranked third based on strength of schedule.

Also, if the khsaa wants to make a one year fix for cross bracketing they need to stop cross bracketing. Not add something else that is stupid to the mix.

Pretty much spot on except for the fact that just because our schedule may not "look like" it's that tough there is no justification of unseating a team for a perceived SOS and dropping them in the polls. And no sane person would put anyone other than Boyle as preseason #1 next year.

There is no way on Earth that even the most die hard Corbin fan could think they deserved to be ranked ahead of Boyle in the preseason. There is a great chance we will be BETTER in 2018 than 2017 and to think otherwise is either a lack of knowledge of the situation or the inability to admit the truth.

I think Corbin will be a great team next year and very well may prove to be on par with Boyle in the long run. But the championship game last year was an indication of how good the Rebels were and the core of the team returns. How can it be justified that they be anything but number 1? Thus, deserving of hosting in a reseeding scenario?
