The way to fix the cross bracketing problem isn't to put this ugly patch over it. The khsaa needs to admit that they made a mistake and do away with cross bracketing THIS season. That's the fix.

Cross bracketing was a dumb idea and doing this one time "fix" is exactly what should be done imo. Personally I hope cross bracketing and reseeding are both ended this season and unless I've missed something, there has been no indication that either will continue once realignment begins.

For the record, I would enjoy the challenge of playing at Belfry and a Corbin next year but it would also be nice to have our kids get to play at home since they had it taken away from them.
