Rock will gladly trade Knox Central and Wayne Co. for Bell, Powell Estill etc. Garrard went from a tough district to a tough district and out a heck of a lot more fuel money. Bourbon definitely got thrown in the deep end.

Look for Hodge to leave Bourbon ASAP. He’s been trying the past 2-3 years.....BC has no chance in district play come 2019.

Rockcastle will have their hands full with Bell by 2019. Not sure what they having coming thru the pipeline. .....but Hilton will have Bell back to being respectable in another year or so.

Ashland and Greenup Co will be competitive in 3A.....but the tomcats don’t have a lot coming up in the sophomore and junior class.

Belfry will remain Belfry for the next 2-3 years. However.....I see a significant drop off coming after 2020. A lot will depend on the economy over the next couple of years. They should be 3A title contender in 18 and 19 for sure
