Brother you would be amazed what work and preparation other coaches staff put in also, Coach Smith and one of his assistants went to this certain HS in Kentucky and got some preparation ideas from them. FoSho you are a very knowledgeable football guy- but Dude I'm telling you there are coaching staffs in Kentucky that work just as hard or harder than Boyle's staffs, you have to broaden your Horizons- love talking football with you though

Lots has been said on here. All I'll say is that the proof is in the pudding. Coach Smith has built one of the best programs in the state over his time here. You'd be shocked to know how much money the BCQBC has raised since the early 90's and the product on the field is unreal. Nobody outworks our staff and no staff outside a few can compare with game prep or in-game changes/strategy.

This is not meant to be a slam on any particular school just an observation about a program that's run like a college program in every aspect.
