Pulaski County looks improved from last year and Wayne County didn't have near enough horses in the barn to compete with Frederick Douglass. Wayne County will have to play much better in all areas to have a chance in this one, Cards need to fins their rhythm on both sides of the ball. Pulaski County has all the ingredients on offense and should be the favorites in this one, but they play the games for a reason.
