All in all it was good game for the Pirates except for the turnovers. What was it 4 fumbles and 1 interception? Anyways there are plenty of bright spots. The young QB will get better as he plays in these big games. The backfield looked good and battled and the O Line fought hard against Huntington’s big D Line. Flip flop it around and belfrys D Line was a little undersized. But did fairly well against that big O Line. I look for the linebackers play big this year. Good learning experience and I’m sure Haywood will fix the problems he seen. Prayers to the young man that broke his leg from Huntington. It looked bad.
