Ok I'll admit it's a stretch to put Corbin with the likes of Trinity but that's not been the point. To simply pick out a few programs that have went to a couple state finals or even won a championship or two and group them with Corbin and say they've done more is ludicrous. Somerset has never won a championship and hasn't been to a title game since 1988, Williamsburg has never won a championship does have two semi appearances recently, Madison Southern, really, they've had one winning season in forever where they went to the semis and they've done as much or more than Corbin in the modern era.:please: I'm almost 50 years old and in that time I can only remember one sub .500 season ONE and it cost a long time coach his job. There's been regional titles (when they meant something) and state semis that are not being taken into account when comparisons are made. You want to say Corbin isn't elite fine but don't group them with teams that just pop in your head and don't truly measure up...If people were doing it to Bell you wouldn't much care for it either.

So we aren’t counting Somerset’s 14 win 2009 state runner up season or Madison Southern’s 2017 state runner up season now? Or Williamsburg’s two state runner ups? :lmao:
