If the state department were to decide to do a honest, thorough investigation at a few other schools in the county, they would find some more interesting occurences. Test scores have absolutely skyrocketed in recent years at a few schools. Those type of increases don't occur unless you have major changes at not only the school but within the community as well. That is something that just hasn't happened.
