We don't have the greatest history at Casey as we were so basketball heavy in the 70s, 80s, and early 90s. Football coaching was a revolving door for the most part, even when we had solid seasons on the Gridiron. As far as I know it's:

Steve Stonebraker (current coach)
Andy Stephens (Taylor assistant coach)
Boyd Randolph (Pulaski Superintendent now)|
Sam Marple (current Taylor County head coach)

I'm not for sure if 3 and 4 are correct. I know for sure Stoney is #1 and Andy had at least 2 really good seasons. Before Stonebraker Casey county had never won a playoff game, and our best season was .500, 5-5, as I recall.
