Another bad part of the RPI is the out of state opponent’s win percentage. Paintsville is playing at Union VA next week and Pikeville destroyed Mingo Central in week 2. Both Mingo and Union will have a great win percentage but under this system both teams automatically receives a .500 winning percentage.
