 2.  Berger wouldn't make that statement knowing that she controls the purse strings.  The dude didn't get to where he is being a partisan moron.

Pelosi has attempted to interject herself into the military chain of command more than once and she has absolutely no constitutional authority to do so. General Berger and General Milley are not going to stand for Pelosi's attempts to violate the constitutional chain of command.
