You come to BGR to repeat whatever lies that Democrats feed you for the day. I did not present gun violence as an analogy for COVID. You never answered the question. Just how many constitutional rights would you surrender to comply with the edicts of an authoritarian Democrat governor or president? Freedom to travel between states without being harassed by the federal government is a pretty basic right that we enjoy as Americans. Surrendering such a basic right without a fight is one of the things that greased the skids for Hitler's subjugation of Germany.

Some of us have given up a lot for this pandemic.  Some of us have not which explains why we are where we are. 

Try not to be too disingenuous, Hooter.  The Biden Administration will coordinate with states much like the Trump administration did the first 15 days of this Pandemic, and this is won’t be the slide into Fascism or Communism that keeps you up at night.

No irony in citing a credible source. CNN and the other media sources that feed you lies are not sources that I frequent. Fascism and communism are not on opposite sides of the political spectrum, which is actually not a straight line with only two extemes anyway. In practice, both are totalitarian systems that oppress the people they rule over. Both systems have brought misery to the fools who have supported them.

Trump encouraged and coordinated with states. Biden is an autocrat. He sees himself as a powerful ruler, which is understandable because he was not democratically elected. There will always be people who are willing to surrender rights for which thousands have died defending. Those people are a menace to a constitutional republic.

Epoch Times is as credible as any of the sources that you link to, Comrade Cardfan. CNN, msn, Yahoo, ... the list goes on and on. No news source is free of bias and anybody who thinks that they are consuming only truthful, unbiased news is a fool. You are a fool. China Joe has already started using the excuse that things were much worse than expected and blaming Trump for not being able to make good on his campaign promises. Some news sources are worse than others but none of them have a monopoly on the truth and most of them promote their own political views.

Just as Obama blamed all of his failures on former President George W. Bush, Biden is playing the same game. In your limited mind, everything was Trump's fault while he was president and now that Biden is president, everything wrong with the world will continue to be Trump's fault. Your view of the state of the union is a very simple, very dishonest one. You will always be stuck in a backward looking world where Democrats' policy failures are always some Republican's fault.
