Well what happened in Georgia the republican lawmakers passed laws to make it easer to vote in 2020 
After seeing the results of what they passed they didn't like the final results(lost president and 2 US senate seats)
So in 2001 they passed more laws to make it harder to vote(only chance they have is keep voter turnout low)
It's not rocket science to see what's going on

You are dodging the fact that Biden continued to lie about the legislation, even after multiple liberal media outlets demonstrated that he was mistaken or lied.
