These athletes you mention, will not be too hard to contain if they don't have a strong line blocking for them. Rumor is, two of the best lineman at Danville are on their way, or already have enrolled at Boyle. Regardless, I look for Danville to always be competitive and field a talented team. Too much pride and tradition to stay down, too long. Breathitt will be much improved, especially on defense. If Breathitt can recruit a QB, or develop a younger QB, they will compete with anyone in 2A.

Breathitt may be improved, but there is a significant gap between them and the big 3 of Beechwood, Mayfield, and LCA.
Mayfield returns a ton of talent, and Beechwood and LCA will be well stocked as well.
Those 3 are the front runners for the title, Breathitt defense has a long way to go to close the gap with those teams. Team speed was an issue against Lloyd as well, and the top 3 teams are not lacking for team speed.
