My goodness this halftime has already been almost 25 minutes I'm sure it will not be but there should be a 15 yard penalty for delay of game not being ready to start the 2nd half, unless Douglass agreed to the extended halftime. I'm sure with the type of guy that Coach McPeek is he probably allowed the the very extended halftime.
