I dont think it was the field conditons.  Harlan County took a big hit with flooding today.  Cant blame them when Mother Nature comes calling!

If there is serious damage, they get a pass.

If they are still playing games tomorrow, and not playing the HS game because the field is booked then shame on them, their coach, and their administration.

Exactly. Hopefully all is well in Harlan Co. Teams all around them seem to be playing tonight, at least for now.
