Earlier in the tread someone said if Pikeville and  Prestonsburg would have played at the end of the year it would have been a competitive game. All year if you go back through the threads you can see posts of touting the winning streak and ranking like they could play with anyone in 2A. That’s facts. Like I said hope they rebuild but they are a ways off from competing with even the better teams. In the east and not even talking about the rest of the state.

Still, no one from Prestonsburg is claiming anything outlandish. No one from Prestonsburg is predicting a state championship, that they'd beat Belfry or Pikeville, etc. 

I'll wait for you to find posts where anyone from Pburg claimed they could play with "anyone in 2A" as well...

Lastly, Pburg just competed in a close game with Somerset without their best player. Somerset went on and competed in a close game with Owensboro Catholic.


If you just don't want to give Prestonsburg their flowers, then that's fine. I could care less, but you're continuously making up claims that don't exist.
