Yes, at different times in history. Most recently, at the end of WWI, up until the Soviet Union dissolved in '91. If a couple of folks on here have their way, Russia will own Ukraine again in 2025.

Nobody wants that, nor will it happen. Either poor reading comprehension or dishonesty.
Still waiting for suggestions on solutions from liberals on how to end the war, but as always no solutions will be coming from them.
