Perry hasn’t had any consistency in the past by looking at KHSAA statistics.  Ratliff has been consistent his entire tenure.  Can’t say that about previous coaches or teams there.  Estill and Wolfe have been two of the more consistent teams over the years.  Estill pretty much owning the region for a long time.

Several 20+ win seasons. District titles, 14th region championship game appearances a few different times. Doesn’t sound too much like there was no consistency at all but maybe you’re more familiar with things than I am. Not exactly like Perry has been in the title game every single year and winning region championship after championship. He works hard seems like but hard for me to say built from ground up when all his success has been with girls that transferred in and with girls who’s parents had worked their butts off to make them better before he ever showed up on the scene. Estill has definitely made there presence known and Wolfe has had there stretch too.
