Everyone has transfers but coming from Hazard to Perry isn’t exactly a major move for most people.  Most never move and lie about address change.  Perry is the best program in the region right now along with Estill and Wolfe.  Hazard and Letcher after that.  Powell has taken a nose dive.

Transfers are still transfers regardless. Doesn’t matter if it’s across town or the next county over it’s still the same end result isn’t it?
