I wouldn't go as far as to say, as long as Matney is there PHS will never win another. I've watched the Apple Bowl for many years and each school has their time to shine. JC is loaded with talent and will be for a few more years to come. BUT, I can promise you that PHS's time will come again. It always has and always will for both schools. Talent levels go up and down, that's part of it in this area in any sport. As for the game ending. I doubt that will happen. Did you see the size of the crowd there last night? $5 a head (WOW). Gate alone was tremendous. Not counting concessions. The schools benefit to much from this game alone. I was told by one of the PHS workers, that last night may have been one of the top 10 crowds at PHS. So, they will keep playing, don't worry.
