Under current KHSAA rules, if Harmon stayed back in the 8th grade he will not be eligible his senior season.

So what am I asking is, did he stay back before then.

To be honest, this is the area of concern to me and it has been a gray-area, so to speak, among the KHSAA for a while. But here lately they have been enforcing this rule harshly.
Under current rules which went into effect last year, This does not apply to Mr Harmon...ELIGIBLE.
