My question for the local residents is this. Would the move that was discussed constitute a bona fide change in residence? Is there a difference in the location or is it just a different name for the same location? If it is an actual move then why would there be any question as to his eligibility?
I'm just looking for clarification of the issue. I don't want to turn this thread into a huge argument for illegal transfers. If it goes that way I will close the thread.
I believe it was an actual move but the issue seems to be that the student was living in Pike Centrals district originally(lower Johns Creek)while attending Belfry then transferred to Pike Central even though a bona fide move, the student would have still been in the same district had he been at Pike Central.
