I agree with you except for the part about Ashland's O-line. Mahan had way to much time. I think it was by design because Johnson and Tackett for the most part dropped back into that 6-12 yard range. Our defensive backs played extremley well last night.Some one said that Matney said in the pre-game show, one of his biggest concerns was Mahan running out of the pocket. It didn't look like JC was to scared of his arm, only sending four people to rush the QB. With Johnson and Tackett playing watch dogs on pass plays, quick slant across the middle could get someone KILLED.
